Ordinary glass whiteboards are very easy to write on and erase, but they reflect light easily. Viewed from the front it looks like a mirror, especially in larger spaces. Because of the reflection angle, people on one side cannot see the writing on the other side at all, and their eyes feel uncomfortable; the board cannot be used for projection either. The strong light reflected in front is hard on the eyes. To avoid this, the glass surface is treated with nano-misting technology combined with imaging technology to reduce its reflectivity and improve projection clarity, which is why it is now called a matte projection glass whiteboard.
The original glass colors are divided into ordinary float glass and clear glass. Ordinary float glass is what we commonly see in glass tabletops, glass partitions, glass doors and windows, and automotive glass. Ordinary float glass itself is light green, and it can be used as a whiteboard after spraying white glaze on one side. Clear glass has better light transmittance and is used more in display cabinets and exhibition halls. After nano-misting, both kinds of glass sheets have low reflectivity and are anti-glare. But after the glass whiteboard is made of ultra-white glass, although it does not reflect light, looking at it for a long time still makes one feel a little tired; unlike green, it is softer on the eyes. This is the reason why schools choose green boards.
