A. Frame: at present, manufacturers generally use aluminum alloy extrusion profiles. The strength of the profile planning determines the degree of constraint on the data flatness of the writing contact surface. That is, if the frame data is strong enough, even a small amount of board deformation can still be corrected by the frame. In other words, the board deformation caused by various possible climate changes in the future can be constrained by a sturdy frame, thereby ensuring the flatness of the board after years of use; but with the increase of cost pressure, some manufacturers reduce the thickness of the aluminum alloy material, thereby reducing the weight of the metal material and the cost.
